By accessing or using Pipflow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on Pipflow for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on Pipflow
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Trading Risks

The Service provides tools and information for trading purposes. You acknowledge that:

• All trading decisions are made at your own risk
• We do not provide investment advice
• AI-generated analysis is for informational purposes only
• You are responsible for understanding the risks involved in trading

4. Subscription Terms

Pipflow offers a Pro subscription plan that provides access to premium features including unlimited AI analysis, MT5 trading integration, real-time signals, and priority support.

Subscription Pricing:

• Pro Monthly: $299.99 USD per month

Mobile Payments (In-App Purchase):

• Mobile subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android)
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings
• Refunds for mobile purchases are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies

Web Payments (Cryptocurrency):

• Web subscriptions are processed through NOWPayments using cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT, SOL, etc.)
• Subscriptions are valid for the purchased period and do not auto-renew
• You will need to manually renew your subscription before it expires to maintain access
• Due to the nature of cryptocurrency transactions, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis - contact support@pipflow.org

Cross-Platform Access: If you have an active subscription on either web or mobile, your Pro features will be available across all platforms. Subscriptions cannot be transferred between web and mobile billing systems.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of personal data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

7. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Pipflow, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
