Pipflow offers tiered subscription plans that provide access to premium features including AI analysis, MT5 trading integration, real-time signals, and priority support.
Subscription Pricing:
Free: $0 (10 AI analyses/day, no MT5 trading)
Starter Monthly: $99 USD per month
Pro Monthly: $299.99 USD per month
Elite Monthly: $999.99 USD per month
Mobile Payments (In-App Purchase):
Mobile subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android)
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings
Refunds for mobile purchases are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies
Web Payments (Card):
Web card payments are processed securely through Stripe via RevenueCat
Accepted methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay, and Apple Pay (where supported)
Subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless canceled
You can cancel anytime through the subscription management portal — access continues until the end of your current billing period
You can update your payment method or view invoices through the management portal
Web Payments (Cryptocurrency):
Cryptocurrency payments are processed through NOWPayments (BTC, ETH, USDT, SOL, etc.)
Crypto subscriptions are valid for the purchased period and do not auto-renew
You will need to manually renew your subscription before it expires to maintain access
All cryptocurrency payments are final and non-refundable due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions
Refund Policy:
All subscriptions provide immediate access to premium features upon payment
Card payments: No refunds are issued once a subscription period has begun. You may cancel at any time, and your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period
Mobile payments: Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective store policies
Cryptocurrency payments: All cryptocurrency payments are final and non-refundable due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the service, contact support@pipflow.org within 7 days for assistance
Cross-Platform Access: If you have an active subscription on either web or mobile, your Pro features will be available across all platforms. Subscriptions cannot be transferred between web and mobile billing systems.
5. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of personal data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
