No. Jessica provides analysis and tooling for information only. You make every trading decision and are responsible for the outcome.

Any MetaTrader 5 broker. Pipflow connects to your own MT5 account (demo or live) through MetaApi, so the choice of broker is yours. Pipflow is not a broker and never holds your funds.

Go to Settings → Trading and add your MT5 login number, password and server name exactly as your broker gives them. See the connectivity guide for step-by-step help and fixes for common errors.

Whatever your MT5 broker offers: forex, metals such as gold and silver, indices, crypto and, on Deriv, synthetic indices. Symbol names are matched to your broker automatically.

A strategy is a set of rules: entry conditions (13 indicator families, candlestick patterns, fair value gaps and swing structure), filters such as trading session, an exit plan and risk limits. You can backtest it against up to 16.5 years of market history in seconds, with your own slippage and commission, using the same risk rules as live trading. Backtest results are hypothetical and do not guarantee future performance.

Yes, on Pro and Elite. Live strategies run on Pipflow’s servers 24/7 and trade through your MT5 account. Each one respects its risk limits (risk per trade, maximum open positions, daily loss) and you can pause it at any time.

Signals are AI trade ideas on major markets such as gold, EUR/USD, GBP/USD, BTC and ETH, delivered in the app and by push notification. Starter includes 20 signals a day; Pro and Elite are unlimited.

Yes, on Pro and Elite. Open Jessica on the chart to have a spoken conversation, and turn on voice to hear strategy alerts read aloud. Text chat is available on every plan.

On the web, plans are paid in crypto through NowPayments. In the Pipflow iOS app you can subscribe through the App Store. Plans are billed monthly.

Yes. Manage or cancel your plan from Settings → Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.

Share your referral link from the Earn page. You earn $15–$40 when someone you refer subscribes (depending on their plan), plus $5–$10 for every month they stay. The minimum payout is $40, paid in USDT (TRC-20).

Your funds stay with your broker. Pipflow only places the trades you set up. An MT5 trading login can open and close trades but cannot withdraw money; withdrawals happen in your broker’s own client portal.

Your MT5 login is passed to MetaApi, our broker-connection provider, which stores it encrypted to keep your account connected. Connections are encrypted in transit. You can remove an account from Settings → Trading at any time.

Choose “Forgot password” on the sign-in page and enter your email. The reset link arrives within a few minutes; check your spam folder if you don’t see it.

Yes. Pipflow works in any mobile browser and can be installed to your home screen, and the Pipflow app is available on the App Store for iPhone.
