Do I need my own broker?
To trade, yes. Pipflow connects to your own MetaTrader 5 account, with any broker you choose, through MetaApi. Your funds always stay with your broker. On Free you can explore charts, Jessica and the strategy builder without connecting one.
Do you take a cut of my trades?
No. You pay a flat monthly subscription. Pipflow never charges performance fees and never holds your capital.
How do I pay?
On the web, plans are paid in crypto (BTC, ETH, USDT and more) through NowPayments. In the Pipflow iOS app you can subscribe through the App Store.
Is there annual billing?
Not yet. All plans are billed monthly for now.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage or cancel your plan from Settings → Billing, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Crypto payments cover the period you buy and don’t renew automatically.
What’s the difference between the AI models?
Free, Starter and Pro run on Pipflow’s hosted models. Elite routes every analysis through frontier cloud models for the highest-quality reasoning.
Do automated strategies really run while I’m offline?
Yes, on Pro ($299.99/month) and Elite. Live strategies run on Pipflow’s servers 24/7 and trade through your MT5 account, within the risk limits you set. You can pause any strategy at any time.
